Before you or your loved one arrives for their first visit, please take a few minutes to review the information below so that you’re well-prepared. Your First Visit
When you arrive at our Conyers, GA location for the first time, our front desk will verify your insurance and provide any paperwork that wasn’t completed beforehand. Then, it will be time to escort you back to the treatment room and capture comprehensive X-rays of your smile before meeting with Dr. Seekand or Dr. Peters. Dr. Seekand or Dr. Peters will go over your practice history, your medical and dental history, and your reasons for visiting us in full detail before performing an examination of their own. Once they have all of the information they need, they can provide you with treatment recommendations for any concerns that were discovered. We want you to have all of the information you need to make smart and beneficial choices for your oral health well into the future.
PATIENT FORMS
If you’d like to save yourself a little extra time in our waiting room (as comfortable as it is), we offer our new patient forms as downloadable files! Just print them out at home, write in all of your information, and remember to bring them with you to our practice. By having this completed paperwork upfront, our team can bring you back to start your visit that much faster.
INSURANCE ACCEPTED
Our team is happy to work with most major insurance plans and file claims on our patient’s behalf, streamlining the reimbursement process. By taking care of this process ourselves, our goal is to save you unnecessary stress and help maximize the benefits available to you. We can also answer any questions you have about the financial aspects of your care with us, and we’ll do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate of the costs you can expect before any actual treatment begins.

No insurance? That’s not a problem here at Seek & Smile Dentistry. We also offer convenient and flexible payment plans through CareCredit. This type of financing comes in a variety of lengths for patients to choose from, and they’ll be responsible for little to no interest depending on the one they select.
